Stanford Professor of Psychology, Carol Dweck has written a truly groundbreaking book, based on decades of research of working directly with children.  Mindset outlines the limits of those who possess a “fixed” mindset and describes the expansive opportunities of those who possess a "growth" mindset.  Like GRIT, a growth mindset can be developed, just like a muscle.  One of the keys to success is possessing a "not yet" attitude towards dealing with challenging tasks.
