I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Peter over the past few months, and after experiencing the online transformational program he created with Kindling, I can confidently say he truly embodies the principles he teaches.

Peter often emphasizes the importance of building a personal brand and fostering relationships without expecting anything in return. I've seen him consistently reach out to celebrate important moments in my life, simply because he cares. He also has a remarkable ability to tell stories — a crucial skill when sharing an online program like Kindling.

As a young professional not far removed from the school system, I spent years taking required classes that taught me what to do, but rarely why I was doing it.

Kindling brings the "why" into everything. Through topics like discovering your Ikigai, seeking mentors, and reframing failure, I gained intangible skills that will not only help me build a successful life, but also a fulfilled one.

If there were a list of required courses for life, Kindling would be at the top. As Stephen Covey says, “Begin with the end in mind.” For young professionals starting their careers, Kindling is the perfect vehicle to do exactly that.

As an instructor working with students who are figuring out their next steps, I’m always looking for resources that help them think beyond just getting a job. Kindling has been a great addition to my toolkit for exactly that reason.

Kindling addresses topics such as values, intrinsic motivation, and the creation of professional relationships. These are topics that tend to slip through the cracks in traditional career readiness and education in general.

The online format of the program allows for it to be utilized in whatever way is best for the learner. It can be utilized in a class setting or independently completed on their own time.

What I appreciate the most is that Kindling never tries to provide all the answers. Rather, it asks the right questions and leaves space for the students to explore into what they are passionate about. It does a great job at fostering an environment that encourages deeper conversation. It's brought an extra dimension of richness to our class conversations and given the students a useful tool for thinking through their own futures.
