Kindling addresses topics such as values, intrinsic motivation, and the creation of professional relationships. These are topics that tend to slip through the cracks in traditional career readiness and education in general.
The online format of the program allows for it to be utilized in whatever way is best for the learner. It can be utilized in a class setting or independently completed on their own time.
What I appreciate the most is that Kindling never tries to provide all the answers. Rather, it asks the right questions and leaves space for the students to explore into what they are passionate about. It does a great job at fostering an environment that encourages deeper conversation.
